So who knows what the deal is here...a Citation 7 flown up here (to LZU) by a young 22 yr old cml pilot who was just taking it for a 'joy ride'?

E said that he had 8 hrs of fuel and 7.9 on the hobbs, came in on fumes. And that he'd had some 'incidents' in the past. Only a Citation 1 rating?

I hate to think how this might be used against GA security - or lack thereof. Airport Watch generally works great....but if the powers that be wanted to strike fear in the hearts or the general public, this might be something they could really use.
