The county is having a pubnlic meeting about the future of PDK aaand its master plan. CEO Jones will be there and so will those who want to the airport to go away.
The PDK Airport association is asking all pilots to show up and support it. I know it is no always fun to sit in meetings were people mostly just gripe, but if we go and show these people we are not the enemy and do not buzz there homes for fun we can show the county that PDK is a great airport to have and well worth the investment.
The meeting is Monday, 9/19 at 6:30 pm. It is at Maloof Auditorium, 1300 Commerce Drive. You can go to www.pdkaa.org for more information.
