Just to let you all know a new website is coming for female pilots. We are currently under constrcution, but hope to be up and runnig by the end of june. In the meantime check out the logo

    Hi,
    I just joined tribe.net because of other interests, but I am glad I found you!!
    I like the site. I love female oriented aviation sites. The only problem I have is the pink. I am a little darker by nature and I like other options. Is there anyway to get clothes not in pink and pastels. I don't buy pink or pastel shirts period: and you can't believe how hard it is to find a cool chicks/women fly shirt in another color. I wish there were more ladies with guts out there with a can do attitude.

      Thanks for the compliment. I went with pastels becasue of summer. I will try to other colors for winter. Is there any color you would prefer?

      Do you fly out of PDK? I am based there. I have an archer and also have an aircraft rental business. If you are ever at the airport call and we fly together. If not, we can always met for drinks-- a pilots second favorite thing :)

        Activity in here may be minimal but it's darn productive when it happens.

        How about jewel tones. I love brilliant primay colors. Sapphire blue, dark purple, green, ruby red and of course the goth girls favorite color...........BLACK. Brown is very popular this year, but I worry about the cute little chicks on a brown palette might look like they had a little barnyard accident.(he he he he)

        I fly out of my backyard. I don't get to PDK very often. My husband is there more than I am. Maybe I can get him to be my chauffeur one evening.

        Sold the Thorp. I now have a biplane.

        I will have to go up there one day and get one of those yummy shirts when they come in other colors.
