gear up landing @ FTY

They showed the whole thing on the news...I thought that the pilot was pretty brilliant - doing a T&G w/just the left gear down to try to shake the right loose...but then I heard last night @ the downwind that the pilot took off after, didn't stick around to answer FAA questions or make the required report. His currency, medical or whatever is suspect...?

    Damn good piloting. The landing was better than most with gear. It looked like very little damage was done to the plane excpet for what the firetruck did.

    I am sure he will show up and give his report; hoepfully in the required timeframe. Else he may not even be ...
